Oh my Karen I would have been scared as well, luckily my Dobi doesn’t chase anything but maybe a lizard. We have squirrels running around in our backyard and just stands there looking at them. Now our last Sheltie would chase anything that ran, he would chase deer. We would get these big birds that would try to land near a pond we had in our previous home and get our Koi fish, and Ozzie would look up at my hubby waiting for him to say go get them, then he would dash off barking, we had a no fly zone.😂

I switched my 7-year-old Papillon mix to home-cooked with no grains, and he hasn't had a bloody flare since. It's been about a year. I find that Adored Beast Apothecary's Leaky Gut Protocol pack has been extremely helpful, as well. Something you can do if they're feeling poorly is take their raw and gently cook it. Lance much prefers his this way.

Specialist are great, but I found they are limited to the treatment they are special in. So u need to know about all the treatments that are available for ur dog. Then find out where each doctor is located. Then u can make the best decision for ur dog...non of the vets told me about all the treatments...i had to learn from reading books from the library which were published over 10 years ago. It was a difficult battle finding doctors that perform the different treatments. I'm still searching for some of those. Unfortunately my dog passed away from the cancer before I found the doctor for stelfonta... which at that time before she died the cancer tumor was too big for that treatment anyway. ❤️🐾🐾❤️

Stelfonta non surgical treatment is done by doctor Sue Ettinger in Norwalk CT. ...MCT 10cm or smaller. My dog had this tumor but we didn't know about this treatment in time to do this.❤️🐾🐾❤️

Do you feel like his breed is particularly destructive or now that he’s older, pretty good at taking direction and learning only to “play” with his own toys? We have two elderly small dogs and we are looking for a larger breed puppy to add to our family soon so that we aren’t without a doggy in our family, we need to get a puppy though so we can acclimate them to our other small dogs and I’m hoping this would be a good breed for trainability and sociability.

If you have a pet you make time to take him to the vet. If you do not have time to take him to the vet perhaps you shouldn't have him.

I have ordered one for my dog this Xmas. Because she is a large breed, the filling is not enough to support her and she looks like sleeping in a hole and find hard to fully stretch if she wants to. It is a lovely looking bed.

I just got a 8wk maltipoo, I started using the doorbell button,I say the word restroom/outside and point to button the have hold him to have his nose press it to make the noise the open the door. This has been done repeatedly q1hr,now we are 1.5hr at 9wks.Now I place him in front of the door doing the same thing as above ,a couple of times he has smelled it ,but that's it. Will continue. But I havent given him a treat behind it,because he is not doing it on his own,but I do say thats good! and pat him

“Animal friends” insurance document was awful, my insurances for my pet basically said I’ll need to pay 35% of the medical bills as he is over 10 years of age plus an excess of almost £300 if he is lost or dies I will only get £10 if he is lost and £10 if he dies from an accident and even at that I need to prove I paid someone from gumtree in 2013 £40 by cash Dental issues aren’t covered unless it’s caused by accident and must have had a dental exam within a year of the injury Just seems an awful lot like they don’t want to pay anything

Please don't use that spray! Not only can it also get in your dogs eyes but it causes "serious" eye irritation and can be fatal if ingested (like licking there muzzle & using their feet to clean their face?). It's not non toxic like the title reads!............. I have met several people that would routinely let their dogs bite other dogs but are always very nice and apologetic to get out of it. They don't think it's a big deal so they lie and act like they are really, really sorry so nobody reports them & they get out of paying vet bills. So be careful about being fooled and make them pay your vet bill so they will start taking it seriously and think twice before doing things like allowing their dog to run free. It's not uncommon for some breeds like German Shepard's to attack. I don't let my dog around strange dogs that are known for making serious attacks on other dogs like German Shepard's, Rottweilers, pit bulls, etc.
